All orders are typically processed within 4-6 business days (Excluding weekends, Holidays, and stock shortages).

Once you receive your fulfillment email, delivery times range from 12-30 business days to the USA (majority of our products) and in some rare cases up to 6 weeks (depending on the item.)

For orders outside the USA complete delivery times range from 16-26 business days; & in rare cases may take 20-40 business days on a few of our products. This is very rare though. These extended shipping times are due to our ability to reduce shipping costs via our overseas warehouses, and pass the savings along to you.

We have made our prices the lowest possible to make up for slightly longer shipping times than what you may be used to. Rest assured your items will get to you before you know it :)

Please note that once we ship your product, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order.

If you are located outside the US then you may have an additional customs charge added to your order when products have been delivered to your door. If you do not pay this charge the product will be returned to us and we are not responsible for re-sending it to you.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time. This is typically due to technical difficulties that are beyond our control. You will always receive a FULL REFUND. Please allow adequate time for the money to appear in your account, and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

RETURN POLICY: We are working diligently to make our return policy as pleasant as possible.

Due to the current status of the pandemic, no refunds will be permitted. 

We DO NOT offer returns simply because you do not like the product, or want to give it back. Please make sure you read all important info on the product, and truly want it before making a purchase.

You can place an order from basically anywhere in the world! As long as your order goes through, we ship to you!
Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, shipping is 100% FREE on ALL NON-FREE PROMOTIONAL items.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders via the email given by them at time of checkout.

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
Absolutely Not! We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
